Role Overview

We are seeking a Consultant Full-Stack Developer for the Technology & Transformation practice in Delhi. You will develop high-performance software applications, design microservices architectures, and ensure data security within an Agile environment with exposure to government sector projects.

Your Responsibilities:

• Developing Portal: Writing clean, efficient code based on requirements using Java (Spring Boot) for backend and React.js/React Native for frontend.
• Fixing Bugs: Troubleshooting portal issues to ensure smooth operation.
• Code Reviews: Conducting peer reviews to maintain high code quality.
• Writing Unit Tests: Developing tests with JUnit, Jest, etc., to meet quality standards.
• Debugging & Quality Assurance: Identifying defects and collaborating with QA teams to ensure application reliability.

Key Skills Required:

Backend (Java): Proficiency in Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud for microservices. Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Frontend (React.js & React Native - Optional): Component development, Redux state management, responsive UI design using modern CSS.
Databases: Relational and NoSQL experience including schema design and query optimization.
APIs & Security: RESTful API development with OAuth/JWT authentication. Strong security best practices (SSL/TLS).
DevOps & Tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Git for CI/CD pipelines. Monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
Certifications: Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) Java SE or Spring certifications are advantageous.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 7+ years in full-stack development, software architecture, and leadership roles. Must have experience with at least two projects for Central/State Government PSUs or associated organizations.
