Transportation Representative

About the Role

The L2 associate serves as Amazon's primary interface with delivery partners. You will identify concerns, troubleshoot issues, suggest process improvements, and represent Amazon effectively to our partners.

• Provide prompt service to customers and delivery partners.

Basic Qualifications

• Graduation in any specialization from a recognized university.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to clarify issues and maintain focus without distraction.
• Proficiency with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Internet Explorer, websites navigation, email applications, and typing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Logistics background or experience in similar roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
