• Efficiently process daily transactions for complex financial products, including over-the-counter derivatives, foreign exchange (FX), and securities.
• Provide timely responses to inquiries and communications, adapting to global time zones to ensure seamless operations.
• Meet and exceed established trade processing targets while strictly adhering to organizational guidelines and procedures.
• Identify and escalate any deviations from standard operating procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
• Actively support risk reduction initiatives and foster a strong control-focused operational environment.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and various stakeholders to investigate and resolve transactional queries and issues promptly.

Required Skills and Experience

• Exceptional organizational abilities coupled with outstanding written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
• Demonstrated confidence in liaising with stakeholders through both phone and email communication.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to foster positive working relationships.
• Previous experience within investment banking operations or a closely related financial services area is highly desirable.
