Role & responsibilities

Job Summary: Askmeidentity is seeking a Training Sales Coordinator to empower our sales team. This pivotal role involves coordinating comprehensive training programs, seamlessly onboarding new sales staff, and fostering a culture of continuous skill development. You will act as a key liaison between sales operations and learning & development to significantly enhance team performance, deepen product knowledge, and elevate customer engagement across our sales force.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the coordination and scheduling of impactful training programs for both new and existing sales personnel.
  • Provide essential support during the onboarding and induction phases for newly hired sales employees.
  • Collaborate closely with sales managers to pinpoint critical training needs and address performance gaps effectively.
  • Develop, curate, and update dynamic sales training materials, including in-depth product knowledge, refined sales techniques, and efficient CRM usage.
  • Organize and facilitate engaging workshops, realistic role-playing sessions, and informative product demonstrations.
  • Meticulously track and maintain comprehensive training records, including attendance and performance metrics.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives and deliver insightful reports to management.
  • Proactively support the sales team by providing necessary tools, compelling presentations, and valuable training resources.
  • Coordinate with external trainers or vendors as needed to enhance program delivery.
  • Ensure robust alignment of all training programs with overarching sales targets and core business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in sales coordination, training delivery, or learning & development functions.
  • A strong understanding of contemporary sales processes and effective customer handling techniques.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient organizational abilities and a talent for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with CRM/LMS platforms.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience specifically in sales training or product training roles is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with established sales methodologies and performance tracking mechanisms.
  • Possession of relevant certifications in training, coaching, or sales enablement.
