Position Overview
IT Shaala, a premier training institute in Pune, India, is seeking a passionate and skilled Full Stack Java Trainer with expertise in React JS. This role involves designing, delivering, and facilitating comprehensive training programs in Full Stack Development, covering Java, Spring Boot, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React JS. The trainer will mentor learners to apply these skills in real-world projects and industry scenarios.
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct instructor-led training sessions, both online and in-person, for Full Stack Development using Java and React JS.
- Develop curriculum, training materials, projects, and assessments that meet industry standards.
- Mentor students through hands-on coding exercises, real-time projects, and provide career guidance.
- Offer constructive feedback via code reviews, assessments, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Full Stack, Java, and React JS.
- Support marketing activities by conducting demo sessions, webinars, and technical Q&A sessions as needed.
Mandatory Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Java (JDK 8+) and Spring Boot/Spring Framework.
- Expertise in React JS, including components and hooks.
- Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with REST API development and integration.
- Database knowledge in MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Proficiency in version control using Git/GitHub.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A strong passion for teaching, mentoring, and simplifying complex technical concepts.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development with Java and React JS.
- Demonstrated experience in building Java-based back-end applications and React-based web applications.
- Prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of Full Stack architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
- Good communication and presentation abilities.
- Enthusiasm for teaching and mentoring aspiring developers.
