Job Summary

SutiSoft Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Java Full-Stack Developer with knowledge of Java Spring Boot and React.js technologies. The ideal candidate should be passionate about software development, eager to learn modern AI-assisted coding practices, and comfortable working with tools such as Claude AI and other AI coding assistants. The candidate should possess a basic understanding of prompt engineering, the ability to interpret and validate AI-generated code, and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js.
• Work with REST APIs, backend services, and frontend UI components.
• Utilize AI tools like Claude to accelerate development and enhance productivity.
• Understand, review, and refine AI-generated code before implementation.
• Create effective prompts for AI coding assistants to generate superior outputs.
• Debug, test, and optimize application performance.
• Collaborate effectively with senior developers, QA teams, and project stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews and adhere to coding best practices.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and development methodologies.

Required Skills

1. Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Java (Core & Advanced concepts) and Spring Boot.
• Understanding of React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON.
• Basic understanding of databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of Git/version control systems.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with Docker or CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Familiarity with OpenAI, Claude, or GitHub Copilot workflows.

2. AI & Prompt Engineering Skills

• Experience using Claude AI or similar AI coding tools.
• Understanding of prompt engineering concepts.
• Ability to analyze and comprehend AI-generated code.
• Capability to modify, debug, and optimize generated solutions.
• Awareness of AI-assisted software development workflows.

3. Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or MCA.
• Internship or project experience in Java full-stack development.
• Exposure to cloud platforms or DevOps concepts is advantageous.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-learning attitude and willingness to experiment with AI tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹286,000.00 per year
