Tracxn is seeking a meticulous and proactive Data Quality Analyst to join their Data desk team in Bengaluru. This role is specifically focused on ensuring the quality of in-house reports and articles, understanding and fulfilling client data requests, and conducting external research to support outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Control (QC) of In-House Reports

Review and ensure the accuracy and completeness of reports generated by internal teams.
Identify and correct any errors or inconsistencies in the data.
Maintain and update documentation for QC processes.

Serve Client Data Requests

Understand and interpret data requests from clients.
Create accurate and relevant data as per client requirements in a consumable format.
Conduct thorough QC of data before sharing with clients to ensure accuracy and reliability.

External Research

Conduct external research to gather information and insights that support outreach and collaborative efforts with journalists and media houses.
Analyze and synthesize research findings into actionable insights.
Assist in the development of outreach strategies based on research findings.

Qualifications:

2-4 years of experience with data analysis.
Interest in the startup ecosystem and its evolving trends.
Interest in conducting secondary research and analysis of market trends and industry data.
Ability to analyze and synthesize research findings into actionable insights.
A proactive approach to seeking continuous feedback to deliver optimal solutions.
