• Design: Collaborate with Managers and Engineers to define and implement high-quality features that solve critical user needs.

• Coding & Architecture: Break down requirements into architecture, deliver code while keeping operational issues in mind, and own end-to-end responsibility from requirement to release.

• Documentation: Write clear documentation enabling other engineers to contribute effectively.

• Review Process: Actively participate in design and code reviews within a world-class engineering team.

Key Requirements

• Experience building backend services with strong algorithmic and Computer Science skills.

• 2+ years designing and implementing large-scale distributed systems.

• Mastery of multiple programming languages (Groovy, Java) and data stores (MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).

• Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile environments focused on ownership and results.
