About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Azure Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role requires a strong foundation in AI, machine learning, and cloud computing, with a specific focus on implementing AI solutions within the Azure ecosystem. As an Azure AI Engineer, you will be instrumental in the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered applications that foster innovation and accelerate business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and deploy sophisticated AI solutions on the Azure platform, utilizing services like Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, and Azure Databricks.
• Collaborate closely with diverse teams to grasp business needs, identify viable AI use cases, and design comprehensive end-to-end AI solutions.
• Develop and implement advanced machine learning models and algorithms to address intricate business challenges, leveraging frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Manage data pipelines, including cleaning, preprocessing, and analysis of large datasets using Azure data services (e.g., Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Database) to derive insights and prepare data for model training.
• Construct and refine robust, scalable machine learning pipelines, employing Azure services for data ingestion, storage, processing, and deployment.
• Assess AI model performance using relevant metrics and validation techniques, continuously iterating to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest Azure AI services, tools, and best practices, integrating them into solutions to promote innovation and operational excellence.
• Offer technical leadership, mentorship, and training to junior team members.

Qualifications and Skills

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a closely related discipline.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in AI/ML engineering, with practical experience deploying solutions on the Azure platform.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
• A solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and statistical methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI services, including Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, and Azure Databricks.
• Familiarity with cloud computing principles and experience with Azure services such as Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Storage.
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a demanding environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and clear articulation of technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
