Full Job Description
Join Crowe, a leading public accounting, consulting, and technology firm in the United States, as a Third Party Risk Senior Consultant in our Chicago, IL office. In this role, you will be instrumental in assessing the information security posture of our key clients' third parties, and you will coordinate the overall execution and delivery of these critical assessments.
Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive Third Party Risk Assessments by meticulously evaluating third party questionnaire responses, performing detailed control validation, and assessing documentation in accordance with established procedures and standards. You will also perform site visits to third-party facilities to gain firsthand insight. A key part of your role will be evaluating the effectiveness of security controls for compliance with applicable policies, security laws, and regulations. You will gain experience assessing modern cloud technologies such as Software as a Service (SaaS) hosted applications, Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) deployments.
You will be responsible for documenting information security risk and compliance findings, and providing clear recommendations for remediation. Quality assurance and review of assessments performed by other team members will be a crucial part of maintaining our high standards. You will contribute to delivering high-quality, thorough reports and will coordinate the schedules and assessments for key third-party clients, overseeing all key deliverables.
