Test Engr Lead

CSG is seeking a talented Test Engineer Lead to join our team. In this role, you will lead and manage a team of testers, coordinating testing activities with internal and external stakeholders to meet project demands. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners and project teams to provide valuable feedback on product and feature functionality. Key responsibilities include leading defect triage sessions with various stakeholders and actively participating in and mentoring Agile and DevOps practices such as planning, estimations, reviews, stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, and implementing corrective actions.

You will be instrumental in reviewing and analyzing the architecture of complex hardware, software, and networking systems. This includes developing detailed test plans, ensuring comprehensive requirements coverage, executing tests, documenting outcomes, performing root cause analysis, and effectively communicating results. The Test Engineer Lead will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and presenting the Test Strategy, as well as continuously learning new products and existing applications. Additionally, you will provide training and documentation to other team members as needed.
