Test Automation Engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2-3 years focused on test automation.
• Proficient programming skills in Python, Java, or Go.
• Familiarity with leading test automation frameworks including Selenium/Playwright, Pytest, Robot Framework, and JUnit.
• Solid understanding of network technologies (TCP/IP, BGP, SNMP) and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
• Experience integrating automated tests within CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Demonstrated analytical, debugging, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence quality practices across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in large-scale distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
• Knowledge of container orchestration via Kubernetes or Docker, including microservices testing.
• Familiarity with network performance testing and monitoring techniques.
• Experience managing test data and simulating complex network traffic scenarios.
• Prior experience mentoring junior engineers or leading automation teams.
