Test Analyst

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 6-10 years of experience in software development or testing.
• Demonstrated mastery of Java programming language and automation frameworks like Selenium.
• Expertise in API automation tools such as ReadyAPI and RestAssured.
• Familiarity with CI/CD build tools including Maven and Gradle.
• Hands-on experience integrating GitHub Copilot into development or testing workflows to enhance efficiency.
• Proven track record of designing, building, and deploying test automation solutions from the ground up.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments.
• Effective communication skills for articulating complex technical concepts verbally and in writing.
• Leadership experience including mentoring team members to foster growth and performance.
