This role is crucial for processing a variety of banking transactions accurately, resolving customer inquiries, and educating clients on our extensive product and service offerings. You will be instrumental in upholding TD's brand promise by consistently delivering exceptional service in our retail branches.

Key responsibilities include:

• Executing customer transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments with efficiency and accuracy.
• Processing cash transactions, including check cashing, currency verification, and balancing cash drawers.
• Addressing and resolving customer inquiries and concerns using established procedures, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Contributing to a positive lobby environment by managing customer flow and providing warm welcomes.
• Identifying customer banking preferences and guiding them towards suitable self-service and digital options.
• Acting as a customer advocate by conducting needs-based conversations and offering appropriate financial solutions or referrals.
• Making sound decisions and providing timely problem resolution.
• Ensuring compliance with all company guidelines, regulations, and security protocols, including the Bank Secrecy Act and Patriot Act, to minimize risk and protect customer information.
• Verifying customer identities according to authentication policies.
• Balancing cash drawers, ATMs, and Teller Cash Dispensers/Recyclers as required.
• Adhering to safe deposit box procedures and guidelines.
• Maintaining accountability for cash drawers and vaults, ensuring appropriate cash limits and security measures are followed.
• Safeguarding confidential customer information.
• Understanding and adhering to dual control procedures.
• Implementing security and audit measures to prevent potential losses and utilizing bank tools to detect and prevent fraud.
• Completing all mandatory in-classroom and online training by designated deadlines.
