Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and communication-oriented professionals to join our dynamic Admissions Telecalling Team. As a key member of the admissions process, you will directly engage with prospective students and parents across India.

Your Mission

• Convert leads into enrolled students by generating genuine interest in our academic programmes via outbound calls.
• Provide accurate, professional responses to incoming enquiries regarding courses, eligibility criteria, fee structures, scholarships, and admission procedures.
• Schedule campus visits and counselling appointments effectively.
• Foster relationships with prospective families through consistent follow-ups that improve enquiry-to-admission conversion rates.

Daily Operations

• Utilize our CRM software to meticulously update call records, enquiry status, and student details in real-time.
• Maintain the highest standards of professional communication with a positive attitude.
• Collaborate seamlessly with Admission Counsellors to ensure smooth transitions from initial contact through counselling appointments and final admission closures.

Performance Expectations

You will be expected to meet assigned daily calling targets and monthly enquiry-conversion goals. This role rewards dedication, as it includes performance-based incentives on top of a competitive base salary (₹18,000–₹25,000).

• Training is provided for growth within the Admissions Department.
