EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is seeking a Staff level professional for CloudOps in Kolkata, India, specializing in Guidewire Claim Centre support and maintenance. This role requires 3 to 6 years of experience in Guidewire Claim Centre (version 9.0+) support, maintenance, configuration, testing, integration, and deployment. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Guidewire framework, its architecture, and components, with strong skills in Gosu scripting, UI, and Data Models. Responsibilities include managing Guidewire CC Integration & Configuration, designing, modifying, and implementing the Guidewire product suite, and implementing Rules using GOSU scripting. Experience with integrations to external systems and a background in the insurance domain, particularly Property & Casualty, is highly desirable. The role also requires proficiency in Core Java, J2EE, XML, Web Services (SOAP/REST), ANT, SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, enterprise messaging systems, and application servers like Tomcat, WebSphere, or WebLogic. Experience with service management tools such as Service-now and JIRA, incident and problem management, and understanding SLAs are essential. The role involves flexible working hours, including rotational shifts (India and UK) and on-call support. Strong business communication and leadership skills, along with prior client-facing experience, are expected. Certifications in Guidewire CC and ITIL are a plus.
