Full Job Description
Logitech is seeking a Technology Support Analyst for our Chennai, India office. This role is an integral part of our Employee Experience team, serving as a trusted advisor to ensure technology is a seamless enabler of great work. You will be the primary point of contact for technology needs, acting as a proactive problem-solver and personalized support provider for employees in Chennai and globally.
Your Contribution:
- Act as the primary support contact, taking full ownership of employee requests until full productivity is restored.
- Independently resolve a wide range of technical challenges via chat, video call, or in-person assistance.
- Proactively monitor digital systems, identifying and resolving potential friction points before they impact users.
- Manage and maintain collaboration spaces, ensuring meeting rooms and video conferencing tools are always operational for global teams.
- Guide employees through our software portal and digital workplace tools to maximize their productivity.
- Create clear, jargon-free guides to translate complex technical updates for team members.
- Collaborate with global IT Engineers on technology projects and deployments.

Qualifications and Education:

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in easily understandable terms.
- A curious and self-directed learning attitude, with a keen interest in exploring new technologies.
- A logical and structured approach to troubleshooting, focusing on understanding root causes.
Helpful Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in a professional tech support or customer-facing role, beyond entry-level responsibilities.
- Preference for a B.E./B.Tech in IT or Computer Science, or a BCA/B.Sc from a recognized Chennai institution.
- Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom), software portals, and either macOS or Windows operating systems.
- Flexibility to work in a rotating shift environment, including occasional nights or weekends, to support our global workforce.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Chennai office. The role requires working a rotating shift schedule to provide world-class support to our global colleagues.
