Technology Analyst

Role Overview

Northern Trust, a premier global leader in wealth management, asset servicing, asset management, and banking services, is seeking a Technology Analyst. This unique role involves rotating across three distinct technology teams over a period of 27 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Rotate through three different Technology teams focused on Data Science or Analytics.
• Gain hands-on experience transforming data into actionable insights by collaborating with experienced professionals in areas including data engineering, statistical modeling, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
• Contribute to real-world projects involving data pipelines, business intelligence dashboards, AI-driven solutions, and scalable decision-making practices.
• Leverage automation via coding, shell scripting, low-code platforms, and generative AI capabilities.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related major with an expected graduation date of June 2027.
• Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, motivation, tenacity, analytical abilities, and problem-solving expertise through coursework, projects, or internships.
• Experience with programming languages and tools such as Java, Python, SQL, Azure DevOps, and Github.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship (Northern Trust does not sponsor H-1B, L-1, TN, OPT, CPT, or other employment-based visas).
