About The Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and workflows.
• Conduct impact assessments and gap analyses.
• Assist in testing, validation, and rollout of new systems or enhancements.
• Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to drive alignment and clarity.
• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support the development and implementation of solutions by working with technical teams.
• Work on and assist technical areas of eTRACK+ implementation, providing design and guidance to analysts for successful deliveries.
• Review and provide eTRACK+ design solutions to business analysts.
• Participate in the governance process.

Requirements

About you

• Minimum of two years of professional experience in business analysis or a similar role.
• Strong fundamental knowledge in database concepts and APIs.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and business analysis platforms (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio).
• Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
