Technical UI Lead

Join Citi in Pune, MH, India as a Technical UI Lead and Vice President. This role involves partnering with management teams to ensure seamless integration of functions, identify system enhancements for new products and process improvements, and provide expertise in application programming. You will ensure application design aligns with the architectural blueprint and develop a comprehensive understanding of how business areas like architecture and infrastructure contribute to business goals. This position requires in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions, along with providing Level 3 support for production issues. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis, extensive system analysis and programming experience, and a proven track record of managing successful projects. Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development is required, along with the ability to adjust priorities and demonstrated leadership and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication is essential. This role will focus on the design, development, and testing of the Program Trading suite of applications to ensure it remains strategic and aligned with current market trends. A Bachelor's or University degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
