Technical Team Lead - TIPL 377

Techostinger India Private Limited is actively recruiting an experienced and dynamic Team Lead with 5 to 7 years of industry expertise to guide our talented development team. This pivotal role involves overseeing a team of developers, ensuring the punctual delivery of high-quality projects, upholding stringent code quality standards, and championing technical innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software developers.
  • Effectively plan, assign, and review all team tasks and project deliverables.
  • Guarantee the timely completion of projects while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
  • Actively participate in architecture and technical design discussions, contributing valuable insights.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Foster strong collaboration with stakeholders, product managers, and clients.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and propose effective mitigation strategies.
  • Provide comprehensive support to team members in overcoming technical challenges.
  • Monitor team performance metrics and deliver constructive feedback for continuous improvement.

Required Skills

  • A robust technical foundation in software development.
