Technical Support Specialist in Mumbai, India
CSML GROUP is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Mumbai, India. This permanent role involves providing comprehensive technical assistance to customers, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of their issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of IT networks, switches, and topologies.
- Quickly learn and adapt to specific product functionalities and internal processes.
- Conduct thorough research on product samples to gain in-depth product knowledge.
- Respond to customer inquiries efficiently and accurately to resolve technical challenges.
- Identify customer needs and guide them in utilizing specific application and system features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware-related problems for customers.
- Understand Local Area Networks (LAN), general networking, Wi-Fi, and router configurations.
- Perform application installations on remote computers and servers.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hardware and networking or a related technical support role. Experience in the Arcade or gaming industry is a significant advantage.
- Possess a BSC or BCA in Information Technology or a relevant diploma in hardware and networking.
- Demonstrate excellent multi-tasking capabilities.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Windows operating systems.
- Exhibit strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with MS-Excel is beneficial.
