TCS Chennai is hiring Technical Support Representatives (Voice) via walk-in interviews.

Venue: 415/21-24, Old Mahabalipuram Road, Kumaran Nagar, Sholinganallur, Chennai, India.

Experience Required: 1 to 6 years
Work Location: Chennai, India (TCS Offices in Chennai or Indore)

Role: Technical Support Representative (TSR) - Voice Process

Key Requirements:

• Mandatory B2 level proficiency in English (assessed via Versant / Talview or Trainer assessment).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous chat experience and good typing skills are essential.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment, including night shifts and weekends.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience in Core Tech Support Projects.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in Infrastructure, Storage, or Service Desk.
• Experience in product troubleshooting and resolving issues/tickets.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools and ITIL principles.
• Experience in a Hyperscaler environment (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge and hands-on experience supporting Google or Microsoft products.
• Possession of Google Workspace Administrator certification or Microsoft certifications.
