Technical Support Specialist (Level 1)
Join Info Services as a full-time Technical Support Specialist in our Embassy Tech Village, Bangalore location. This is a 100% onsite position requiring a dedicated individual to manage IT incidents and provide essential technical assistance.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in enterprise IT support.
- Proficiency in L1 IT Support, including incident management and ticket handling.
- Experience with ServiceNow ticketing tool is essential.
- Skilled in Active Directory support.
- Familiarity with Okta, Intune, and Zoom support.
- Demonstrated ability in troubleshooting and outage management.
- Experience supporting diverse operating systems including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
- Hardware support expertise for devices from Apple, Dell, Lenovo, and printers/MFPs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends is mandatory, as this is a 100% onsite role.
