We are seeking a Sr. IT Infra Engineer with 2+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Support for our Mumbai (Ghansoli RCP) location. The role involves IT infrastructure support and configuration, report preparation, remote technical support, hardware assembling, domain & AV policy deployment, and system/application troubleshooting. Key skills include strong knowledge of Networking (LAN/WAN), hardware & software troubleshooting, backend log analysis, database handling, desktop performance monitoring, backup & recovery, and retail IT rollout. Hands-on experience with MS Office, Outlook, Office 365 configuration, antivirus, printers, scanners, and application installation is required. This is a permanent role with a CTC of 4.08 LPA. Immediate joiners or those with a 15-day notice period are preferred. Face-to-face interview is mandatory. Only male candidates will be considered.
