Join Convergint's dynamic team in Moncton, New Brunswick, as a Technical Support Lead specializing in Physical Security Systems. This role is integral to our amazing culture, focusing on leading a support team, managing daily operations, and resolving complex technical escalations for physical security systems. You will be the primary technical point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring effective communication, adherence to contractual SLAs, and continuous service improvement. Responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting intricate system issues, managing customer update meetings, coordinating resources, and providing expert guidance on security technologies. You will also mentor and supervise a team of technical support specialists, conduct performance reviews, and manage scheduling to ensure 24/7 coverage. The ideal candidate possesses strong programming, networking, and troubleshooting skills, with a deep understanding of security platforms like Lenel OnGuard, Genetec, CCURE, Milestone, Gallagher, and Avigilon. Experience in the electronic and security industry, including knowledge of physical security hardware and the banking industry, is essential. This position requires exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills, along with proficiency in SQL and advanced networking.
