Technical Support Engineer

Transverser Labs is seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer specializing in Shopify. This remote position is ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in frontend technologies and e-commerce platforms. Responsibilities will include providing technical assistance and support related to Shopify platforms, themes, and administrative functionalities. We are looking for individuals passionate about web development and customer support to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for Shopify stores, addressing issues related to themes, apps, and configurations.
• Assist clients with frontend modifications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Maintain and update documentation for technical solutions and processes.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for web design.
• In-depth knowledge of Shopify Admin and Theme customization.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• A background in Computer Science or Information Technology is preferred.
• Previous working experience with Shopify CMS is essential.

Eligibility:

• Freshers: A CS/IT background with a certified frontend development course (HTML, CSS, JS – minimum 6 months) is required.
• Experienced: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Frontend Developer or Technical Support Engineer.
