Join NICE in Pune, India, as an Advanced Technical Support Engineer for innovative cloud-based solutions. This role is perfect for early-career professionals passionate about resolving complex issues and learning alongside senior engineers and cross-functional teams. You will analyze and resolve customer and internal technical support cases, use diagnostic tools to identify root causes, and collaborate on documentation and troubleshooting guides. Escalating critical issues and contributing to the knowledge base are key responsibilities, along with continuous training in cloud support and troubleshooting.
We are looking for candidates with 2-4 years of experience in technical or cloud support, with L2/L3 support capabilities. Essential skills include a basic understanding of SQL and log analysis, exposure to scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash), familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, strong communication, and analytical skills. An eagerness to learn and adapt to evolving cloud technologies is crucial.
Advantages include scripting knowledge in Shell, PowerShell, or Python; understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes); ITIL Foundation certification or knowledge of ITIL processes; and exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
