Technical Support Engineer

KNBT Private Limited is seeking a motivated Technical Support Engineer (Service Engineer) for their Noida, India location. This full-time, permanent role involves comprehensive technical support for the company's products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all technical support activities for company products.
• Generate service revenue through Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
• Perform installation, repair, preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of equipment.
• Cultivate strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
• Conduct technical demonstrations and presentations of products.
• Manage the technical execution of projects.
• Prepare project activity reports for management.
• Perform component-level repair of PCBs.
• Diagnose and rectify technical faults.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or B.Tech/BE in Electronics Engineering or Electrical Engineering with a strong understanding of electronics and electrical principles.
• Knowledge of power electronics product repair and installation, PCB testing, measuring instruments, LT/HT Cable Fault Locators, and LT/HT Panels is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills in English and/or local languages are mandatory.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required.
