Role & Responsibilities
This role involves providing Level 1 technical guidance for identifying, prioritizing, and resolving reported problems via telephone and email. Key activities include recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up steps. As an Analyst, you will act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate resolution of all online system issues. This position operates on a rotational shift schedule.
Qualifications:
- Graduate degree with a minimum of 6 months of experience in a technical support role.
- Proficiency in basic MS troubleshooting.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Fundamental understanding of networking concepts (TS on networking).
- Basic technical skills for troubleshooting computer-related issues.
