Your Impact & Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, creative solutions to end-user problems ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues related to Check Point infrastructure.
• Monitor security devices for performance anomalies, analyze root causes promptly, and escalate critical issues while maintaining transparent client communication.
• Safeguard networks by adhering to strict standards and policies; stay abreast of compliance changes.
• Respond swiftly to inquiries via phone and web interfaces using current best practices.
• Monitor network performance to determine necessary adjustments for optimal uptime.

Your Knowledge & Skills

We are seeking a professional with:

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to rapidly learn new technologies.
• Strong documentation capabilities.
• In-depth understanding of the TCP/IP protocol suite.
• Familiarity with Networking Appliances (Routers, Switches, Firewalls).
• Knowledge of Network ports, NAT/PAT, and IP addressing concepts.
• Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP are a significant advantage.
• Understanding of VPN deployments (Site-to-Site, Remote Access) and Cloud Technologies like AWS/Azure.
