Common Duties (All Levels):

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot essential network hardware including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless devices.
• Deliver comprehensive technical support from L1 to L3 for network and system-related incidents, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Proactively monitor network performance, conduct preventive maintenance, and guarantee high service uptime.
• Oversee day-to-day IT operations encompassing LAN/WAN management, IP addressing strategies, and VPN connectivity.
• Collaborate effectively with OEMs and internal teams for timely escalations and resolutions of complex issues.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of network configurations, change logs, and detailed incident reports.
• Uphold and ensure compliance with all IT and security policies and standards.

Level-Specific Expectations:

Technical Support Executive L1 (Entry Level):

• Possess a foundational understanding of networking concepts such as LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Support daily IT operations and assist senior engineers with network troubleshooting tasks.
• Gain hands-on experience with the configuration of switches, routers, and access points.
• Be prepared for field visits and client site support as the business demands.

Network Engineer L2 / L3:

• Independently manage the configuration and ongoing maintenance of network devices.
• Address medium to complex technical incidents, coordinating with OEM Technical Assistance Centers (TAC) when necessary.
• Administer firewall rules, VPN configurations, VLANs, and various routing protocols.
• Provide support for customer network projects and assist presales/post-sales teams with Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation.

• Qualifications: Diploma, BE, B.Tech, BSc in IT/CS, or a related technical degree.
• Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto, Microsoft, or ITIL certifications are highly preferred.
• Experience: 1 to 7 years, with levels adjusted based on demonstrated expertise and role requirements.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to various client sites across Mumbai as per business needs.
