Full Job Description
Inspirisys is seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join their team in Gurugram. This role focuses on providing excellent end-user support, particularly for VIP users, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional verbal and written communication.
- Manage and resolve end-user support issues, including those from VIP users.
- Provide technical assistance and training to end-users, ensuring compliance with IT security policies and standards.
- Handle hardware, software, and communication application support (e.g., MS Teams, Email).
- Implement quick fixes and workarounds while maintaining high levels of customer service.
- Contribute to a cooperative and dependable team environment.
Required Technical Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of Windows Server (2008-2019), Windows 7/8/10, Linux, and Mac OS.
- Experience with workstation management systems and desktop imaging.
- Proficiency in using ITSM tools, such as ServiceNow.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Expertise in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of AV setup for meeting and conference rooms using MS Teams.
