Technical Support Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an AIML Technical Support Engineer to provide expert support on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions. This role requires hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), LLMs, Generative AI, and Chatbots.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues for customers via email, chat, and phone across various industries.
• Troubleshoot AI/ML models, APIs, integrations, deployments, and cloud services on GCP/AWS/Azure.
• Analyze root causes using advanced tools to deliver accurate resolutions and maintain high customer satisfaction (SLOs).
• Document issues, create knowledge base articles, and collaborate with Engineering teams for product improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of technical support experience (Entry Level to Mid-Level).
• Strong understanding of AIML, GenAI, and LLM concepts.
• GCP knowledge preferred; basic cloud environment familiarity required.
• Excellent communication skills with empathy for customer concerns.
