Technical Support Engineer

Next Learn Technologies is seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer in Ahmedabad (Jagatpur) to provide comprehensive technical assistance to customers. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems. You will be tasked with diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, as well as assisting with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems and applications. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required, along with proven experience in a technical support or IT support role.
