Technical Support Engineer - Voice Process

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via voice calls, ensuring clear, professional, and solution-oriented communication.
- Efficiently research, analyze, and troubleshoot technical issues to deliver timely resolutions.
- Diagnose and resolve problems related to account setup, system errors, and network configurations.
- Employ effective questioning techniques to quickly identify root causes and provide accurate solutions.
- Escalate complex cases to appropriate internal teams, ensuring proper follow-ups and timely closure.
- Accurately document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the system for quality and audit purposes.
- Provide step-by-step guidance to customers for issue resolution and system usage.
- Cultivate and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Communicate effectively in English, Hindi, and regional languages to support a diverse customer base.
- Exhibit flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as per business requirements.
Additional Qualifications and Skills:
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Possess a basic understanding of networking concepts and operating systems.
- Experience with remote desktop tools and help desk/ticketing software is beneficial.
- Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and network configuration.
