
Technical Support Analyst
Full Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Support Analyst to join our team at DIN Engineering Services in Noida. This role involves advanced troubleshooting of Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including installation, activation, licensing, and deployment.
Key responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving subscription-related issues, utilizing remote desktop tools for support, and understanding cloud-based services and SaaS environments. You will also be involved in system performance optimization and resource management.
A basic understanding of APIs and integrations relevant to Adobe products is beneficial. Experience with CRM and ticketing systems such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Zendesk is required. You will handle account management, billing queries, and subscription renewals.
Knowledge of various file formats (JPEG, PNG, RAW, PSD, TIFF, etc.) and digital imaging workflows is important. A basic grasp of color management, resolution, and optimization for print and web is also expected.
The ideal candidate will have prior technical troubleshooting experience, with a preference for those who have experience in upselling. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
