This role is for an experienced individual contributor within Medical Device Field Service. Working with limited supervision, you will apply your expertise to address specific customer needs. This position requires the ability to skillfully apply your knowledge in practical scenarios.
Main Responsibilities

- As an experienced professional in Medical Device Field Services, you will possess strong skills in the technical analysis of product implementations, modifications, and enhancements, ensuring alignment with customer specifications.
- You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical problems, identifying solutions that meet product and customer specifications, and recommending actions to company or customer representatives to achieve optimal product solutions.
- Assess product needs based on customer specifications.
- Conduct technical training and product briefings for customers, vendors, and company representatives.
- Serve as the local on-site representative within the customer's organization.
Qualifications
Education
- Associate's Degree (approximately 13 years of education including degree)

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
