• As an experienced professional in Medical Device Field Services, you will be adept at technical analysis of product implementations, modifications, and enhancements to align with customer specifications.
• You will troubleshoot technical issues, devise solutions based on product and customer requirements, and recommend actions to internal teams and customer representatives for seamless product integration.
• Assess product needs accurately based on customer specifications.
• Conduct technical training sessions and product briefings for customers, vendors, and company representatives.
• Serve as the primary on-site representative to the customer's organization.
