Abbott Healthcare is seeking an experienced Technical Service Specialist to join their Field Services team in Ahmedabad, India. This role is integral to providing expert support for medical devices, ensuring seamless implementation, modifications, and enhancements in line with customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth technical analysis of product implementations, modifications, and enhancements.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and identify effective solutions based on product and customer requirements.
• Assess product needs to align with specific customer demands.
• Deliver technical training and product briefings to customers, vendors, and internal representatives.
• Serve as the primary on-site technical representative within the customer's organization.

Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree (or equivalent experience of 1-3 years).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Medical Device Field Service.

This is a permanent, full-time position with standard work shifts.
