Technical Sales Executive - Manufacturing & Robotics
Gridbots Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated Technical Sales Executive to join their team in Sanathal, Ahmedabad, India. This is a permanent, full-time role requiring 6 days of work per week with Sundays off. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience, preferably in machine manufacturing and robotics.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new clients in a designated region who can benefit from our products.
- Travel to meet and engage with potential clients.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Demonstrate excellent international client handling capabilities.
- Understand and interpret customer requirements accurately.
- Prepare detailed client quotations and techno-commercial proposals.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations (PPTs) and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions to close sales.
- Provide comprehensive after-sales support.
- Analyze sales costs and performance metrics.
- Generate daily and monthly sales reports for head office.
- Achieve and exceed regular sales targets.
- Maintain accurate client contact data.
- Coordinate and manage sales projects effectively.
- Support marketing initiatives by participating in trade shows and other events.
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
- Collaborate with the sales team and technical experts to solve client issues.
- Assist in the design of custom-made products to meet specific client needs.
- Develop training materials and support documentation for the sales team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive (BDE) or in a similar sales role.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on MS Excel for sales reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to generate effective sales reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Solid understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills are mandatory.
- Education: B.E., B.Tech, or M. Tech degrees are required.
