You will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and placing technology professionals across various industries in both contract and permanent roles. Key responsibilities include cultivating strong relationships with engineers, developers, and technology leaders; leveraging platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, and strategic networking for candidate acquisition; and managing the complete recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach to offer acceptance. You will also collaborate closely with our client partners and internal sales teams to effectively fulfill critical hiring needs and proactively develop your own specialized network within the dynamic technology market.
