We are seeking a highly motivated US IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role involves sourcing qualified professionals for contract, C2H, and permanent positions within the US market.

About You

  • You possess 1–5 years of experience in US staffing/recruitment.
  • You understand technical domains like Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, QA, Business Analysis, and Cybersecurity.
  • Comfortable working night shifts to align with US time zones is essential.

Your Responsibilities

From leveraging portals (LinkedIn, Dice) to conduct screenings and negotiate terms, you will build robust pipelines. You'll coordinate interviews for clients in various sectors while maintaining strong relationships throughout the hiring lifecycle. Proficiency in ATS/CRM systems and knowledge of W2/C2C models are highly valued.
