Technical Project Manager - Insurance Integrations

Visit Health, a pioneering health-tech company based in Noida, is seeking a motivated Technical Project Manager to spearhead high-impact integration projects with our esteemed Insurance Partners. This full-time role is integral to our mission of delivering seamless digital insurance platforms.

About the Role:

As a Technical Project Manager, you will serve as the crucial link between our engineering teams and external Insurance companies. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the complete technical and operational lifecycle of onboarding insurers and ensuring the successful rollout of insurance products via our SDK and PWA solutions. You will ensure the efficient issuance of policies and processing of claims.

Key Responsibilities:

• Insurance Partner Management: Act as the primary liaison with multiple Insurance Companies, collaborating with their product and technical teams to define requirements, resolve issues, and manage project timelines.
• Technical Integration Delivery: Lead the successful integration of our platform with Insurer APIs and systems, overseeing the deployment of SDKs and PWAs.
• Product & Plan Configuration: Manage the end-to-end rollout of complex insurance products, ensuring accurate configuration and testing of plan variants and policy logic.
• Team Leadership: Guide a cross-functional team of Developers, QA, and Business Analysts using Agile methodologies to ensure on-time project delivery.
• Third-Party API Management: Coordinate integrations with critical external systems including Vahan, payment gateways, and legacy Insurer systems.
• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential risks and dependencies, particularly those involving external IT teams, and implement effective mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Project Management, with a strong focus on the Insurance domain.
• Proven hands-on experience managing projects involving SDK integration, PWA development, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management, particularly with external Insurance Carriers.
• In-depth understanding of General, Life, or Health Insurance workflows, including policy lifecycles and underwriting rules.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working within an InsurTech company or with a major Insurance Carrier.
• Familiarity with the regulatory landscape of the insurance sector.
