Technical Project Manager

Servify is seeking a driven Technical Project Manager to spearhead cross-functional initiatives from initiation through Go-To-Market (GTM) and into sustained operations. This role requires hands-on project management to ensure successful program outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with sales and account management to understand client business drivers and requirements, providing pre-sales support.
2. Develop and deliver compelling presentations showcasing Servify's product solutions to potential clients.
3. Leverage product expertise and client insights to achieve program objectives.
4. Conduct detailed program scoping and work with internal stakeholders to identify development opportunities.
5. Propose technically sound product solutions and document program-specific configurations.
6. Drive key deliverables by coordinating effectively with product and engineering teams.
7. Partner with essential internal teams including finance, operations, business operations, analytics, and customer service to define their program roles and establish supporting processes.
8. Maintain consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders, proactively managing delays, blockers, and potential impacts.
9. Facilitate post-GTM support by collaborating with cross-functional teams in operations, finance, business operations, reporting, and data analytics.

Essential Requirements:

1. Experience in dynamic environments, particularly startups, is highly valued.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Project/Program Management.
3. Must be based in Mumbai and committed to a 5-day-a-week in-office work schedule.
4. Prior experience as a software consultant, technical project manager, program manager, or technical lead is beneficial.
5. Exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to clearly demonstrate concepts and products.
6. Hands-on experience with programs for European or North American regions is a plus.
7. Familiarity with tools for viewing logs or database viewers is desirable.
8. Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and growth, with a strong passion for technology and work.
