Technical Product Manager

Join 10Times, a leading global platform empowering business professionals, as a Senior Technical Product Manager in Noida, India. We seek a passionate product builder with a drive for tackling complex challenges to own and evolve one of our core products. You will collaborate closely with our engineering team to guide development and expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research, analyze customer behavior, and collect user feedback to inform product strategy.
• Foster alignment between engineering and product teams around shared objectives.
• Partner with the engineering team to design, develop, and deploy product features and solutions.
• Make strategic decisions regarding feature additions and revisions for future product iterations.
• Manage beta testing phases to identify and address potential product issues.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to shape and execute the product roadmap.

Requirements:

• A strong foundation in software development, engineering, or a related technical field is essential.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools is required.
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable discipline.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a technical role; experience with Node.js and React is preferred.
• At least one year of experience in a leadership capacity is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to balance product development and design-specific responsibilities.
• Experience in developing data-centric products is a plus.
