Technical Product Manager

Network Science is seeking a talented Technical Product Manager to lead the product roadmap and release planning for our cutting-edge, multi-tenant AI platform, NSOffice.AI. This role is pivotal, operating at the confluence of enterprise requirements, technical feasibility, and business strategy. You will be responsible for transforming complex AI infrastructure into user-friendly products that drive client adoption.

Key Responsibilities include defining and maintaining a robust product roadmap aligned with client needs, compliance mandates, and platform capabilities. You will excel at making data-driven trade-off decisions regarding features, technical debt, and platform improvements. Coordination of cross-functional releases across global and regional instances will be crucial, as will close collaboration with sales and marketing teams on go-to-market strategies, competitive positioning, and launch initiatives. Ensuring seamless client onboarding experiences and establishing feedback loops for continuous product enhancement are also primary accountabilities.

The ideal candidate will possess 2-4 years of experience in SaaS product management, with a strong preference for AI/ML platforms, developer tools, or cloud infrastructure. You should be adept at working with technical teams on API-first products and platform architectures, with excellent written communication skills for crafting PRDs, roadmap presentations, and client documentation. The ability to translate ambiguous client needs into clear user stories and PRDs, and to effectively manage prioritization and trade-offs is essential. Experience coordinating with development, cloud, and DevOps teams for smooth rollouts, and bridging the gap between sales expectations and engineering realities, will be highly valued.

Nice-to-have qualifications include exposure to LLM orchestration, AI gateways, or MLOps platforms, familiarity with multi-region deployments and data residency requirements, and prior experience in a 0-to-1 product development environment.

This is a permanent, on-premise position located in Mumbai, India, reporting to the CTO / Head of Product.
