Technical Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Manager to lead the development, maintenance, and optimization of our digital platforms, including our company website and related technical systems. This crucial role will ensure a professional global digital presence, seamless website functionality, and robust technical infrastructure to support business operations and enhance buyer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, maintain, and update the company website, ensuring accuracy and optimal functionality.
• Monitor website performance, speed, uptime, and security protocols.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and hosting-related problems.
• Enhance website user experience (UI/UX) and ensure full mobile responsiveness.
• Update product pages, certifications, compliance details, and crucial export information.
• Implement effective inquiry forms and lead capture tools to boost buyer engagement.
• Perform regular data backups and maintain website security and data protection measures.
• Optimize website structure and content for improved search engine visibility (SEO fundamentals).
• Manage domain, hosting services, and company email systems.
• Provide support for digital documentation, file management, and internal technical requirements.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related technical field.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in website development and maintenance.
• Proficiency with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Shopify.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and general website troubleshooting.
• Understanding of website security, hosting, and backup management.

Preferred Skills:

• Fundamentals of SEO and performance optimization.
• Understanding of UI/UX improvement strategies.
• Experience with lead capture tools and CRM integrations.
• Basic graphic design or content handling for website updates.
