Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Technical Lead/Senior Full Stack Developer to take on a multi-hat role. You will be responsible for end-to-end development of our highly scalable Digital Health or E-commerce SaaS Cloud Platform, encompassing backend, database, and frontend development. This includes maintenance of B2B and B2B2C platforms, server-side, and client-side coding.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will manage projects from conception to completion, demonstrating strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Your primary duties involve designing user interactions for web portals and applications, developing AWS Cloud servers and databases, and coding for mobile platforms.

• Develop front-end web portal architecture.
• Design user interactions on web pages.
• Develop back-end web portal applications.
• Create and manage servers and databases for platform functionality.
• Ensure cross-platform optimization for mobile devices.
• Ensure application responsiveness.
• Collaborate with graphic designers on web design elements.
• Oversee projects from initial concept to final product.
• Design and develop APIs.
• Meet both technical requirements and user needs.
• Stay updated with the latest web application and programming language developments.
• Conduct testing using modern tools.

DevOps engineering skillsets are considered an added advantage.

Testing Tools

Experience with testing tools such as Appium, Selenium, Robotium, Mockito, and Espresso is preferred.

Communication Skills

Excellent verbal communication skills are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electrical Engineering (EE), Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), or Information Technology (IT) from a reputed technology institute.

Experience

2 to 8 years of experience as a Full-stack Developer in web and mobile application software product engineering post-education qualification. Demonstrated experience working independently, as a team member, and as a leader in a multi-hat role within an early-stage startup. Experience as a Backend Developer, with database expertise, and in QA Testing on web and mobile apps is essential.

Strong organizational and project management skills are necessary. Experience in full-stack development, with hands-on experience in single-handed and multi-role capacities in an early-stage startup environment.
