Technical Lead / Senior Full Stack Developer - Digital Health Startup in Kolkata

Benovymed Healthcare Private Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Lead or Senior Full Stack Developer to join their global digital health startup. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in building a highly scalable digital health platform from the ground up in Kolkata.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Take on a hands-on, multi-hat role encompassing end-to-end Full Stack development, including Backend, Database, and Frontend.
• Manage the maintenance of B2B and B2B2C SaaS cloud platforms.
• Design user interactions on web portals and mobile applications.
• Develop AWS cloud servers and databases to support web portal and mobile app functionality.
• Code for mobile platforms, ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones and responsiveness of applications.
• Develop front-end web portal architecture and back-end web portal applications.
• Create servers and databases essential for platform functionality.
• Collaborate with graphic designers on web design features.
• Oversee projects from conception to final product delivery.
• Design and develop APIs to meet both technical and consumer needs.
• Stay current with advancements in web applications and programming languages.
• Conduct testing using the latest tools, with experience in Appium, Selenium, Robotium, Mockito, and Espresso being advantageous.
• DevOps engineering skillsets are a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication skills are required.

Qualifications:

• B.Tech in EE, CSE, ECE, or IT from a reputed technology institute.

Experience:

• 2 to 8 years of experience as a Full-stack Developer in web and mobile application software product engineering post-qualification.
• Proven experience working independently, as a team member, and as a leader in a startup environment, with experience in Backend development, Database management, and QA testing on web and mobile apps.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Demonstrated experience in full-stack development, particularly in an early-stage Digital Health or E-commerce marketplace tech startup.
• Experience building tech architecture, frontend, coding, and product development from scratch, ideally with a portfolio of 6-50 mobile apps (multifunction) with 10,000 to 500,000 downloads.

Required Skillsets:

• Proficiency in fundamental front-end languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React, and Amber.
• Experience with Django, Dynamo DB, LAMP, and MEAN stack.
• Proficiency with AWS (AWS S3, EC2, Amazon Device Farm), Android, Kotlin, React, React-Native, Flutter, Dart, iOS, Swift, and Google-Firebase.
• NoSQL databases and MongoDB experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in server-side languages such as Python, Ruby, Java, PHP, .Net, and TensorFlow.
• Familiarity with database technologies like MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB.
• Experience in a single-handed multi-hat role within software product development engineering in an early-stage startup (preferably Digital Health, E-commerce, or any other industry) is highly valued.
